These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with NV Jewellers. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.
Who we are

What we sell
We sell 1 gram gold concept jewellery: real gold bonded over a strong base metal. These pieces carry the look and weight of traditional gold at a fraction of the price. They are not solid gold, and are not sold as an investment in gold.
We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Photographs are taken in natural light, but screens vary, and small differences in shade or finish between the photograph and the piece are normal and not a defect.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed.
If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you before doing so.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel it, in which case you are refunded in full. We may do this where stock has run out, where we cannot verify the delivery details, or where we suspect fraud or resale.
We may limit the quantity of any piece per order or per customer.
Jewellery care
Gold-bonded jewellery lasts for years when looked after. Keep it away from perfume, water, and household chemicals; put it on after you dress and take it off before you sleep or bathe; store each piece separately in a dry box. Wear and tear from ordinary use is not a manufacturing defect.
Buyback
Every piece bought from us carries our 50% lifetime buyback, subject to the terms on our buyback page: proof of purchase, and the piece in a condition consistent with normal wear. The buyback is a standing offer from us, not a guarantee of resale value anywhere else.
Returns and shipping
Returns are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, and delivery by our Shipping Policy. Both are part of these terms.
Your account
Keep your account details and password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
This website
All content on this site — photographs, text, designs, and the NV Jewellers name and logo — belongs to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
