Refund policy
At NV Jewellers, every piece is checked by hand before it leaves us. If something is not right, we will put it right.
Returns
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with the invoice or order number.
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +91 97609 44321 or email us with your order number and photographs of the piece. We will confirm the return and tell you where to send it.
What cannot be returned
- Custom and made-to-order pieces, since they are made for you alone
- Pieces that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Returns raised more than 7 days after delivery
This does not affect your rights where a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered. In those cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will replace the piece or refund it in full, including return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive the piece and check its condition, we will approve or decline the refund and tell you either way.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show the credit.
For orders paid by cash on delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer. We will ask for your account details once the return is approved.
Original shipping charges, where paid, are not refunded unless the piece was damaged or wrongly sent.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different size or design, tell us when you raise the return. We will hold the exchange piece for you and send it once the original reaches us.
Buyback is separate
Our 50% lifetime buyback is not a return. It is a standing offer to buy back any piece you have purchased from us, at any time, for half its value. Returns run on the 7-day window above; buyback has no time limit. See our buyback page for how it works.
