A beautiful piece is more than a design. Every piece of NV Jewellers’ 1 Gram Gold Concept Jewellery passes through six careful stages before it reaches you — from plain brass to a finished ornament with a rich gold finish.
एक सुंदर गहना सिर्फ़ एक डिज़ाइन नहीं होता। NV Jewellers की हर 1 ग्राम गोल्ड कॉन्सेप्ट ज्वेलरी आप तक पहुँचने से पहले छह सावधान चरणों से गुज़रती है — साधारण पीतल से लेकर सुनहरी चमक वाले तैयार गहने तक।

Step 1 चरण 1
The Base Metal आधार धातु
Every design begins with brass. The metal is carefully prepared and drawn thin, so it can be worked into the many small parts that make up a piece of jewellery.
हर डिज़ाइन की शुरुआत पीतल (ब्रास) से होती है। धातु को ध्यान से तैयार करके पतला किया जाता है, ताकि उससे गहने के छोटे-छोटे हिस्से बनाए जा सकें।

Step 2 चरण 2
Shaping the Design डिज़ाइन को आकार
Precision dies turn the metal into wire, chain and individual components, and each part is shaped to the design. This is where plain metal first starts to look like jewellery.
सटीक डाई की मदद से धातु को तार, चेन और अलग-अलग हिस्सों में बदला जाता है, और हर हिस्से को डिज़ाइन के अनुसार आकार दिया जाता है। यहीं से साधारण धातु गहने का रूप लेने लगती है।

Step 3 चरण 3
Joining — Takaai जोड़ाई — टंकाई
The parts are joined by soldering, known in the workshop as takaai — joint by joint, until the separate pieces come together as one complete design.
अब सभी हिस्सों को टंकाई यानी सोल्डरिंग से एक-एक करके जोड़ा जाता है, जब तक पूरा डिज़ाइन एक संपूर्ण रूप में तैयार न हो जाए।

Polishing पॉलिशिंग
The surface is polished with care until it is smooth, refined and even — ready for the finish that follows.
इसके बाद सतह को सावधानी से पॉलिश किया जाता है, ताकि गहना चिकना, साफ़ और सुघड़ दिखे — आगे की फ़िनिश के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार।

The Gold Finish सोने की परत
A layer of gold is applied over the polished piece. This is what gives the jewellery its rich, elegant, premium gold look.
पॉलिश के बाद गहने पर सोने की परत चढ़ाई जाती है। यही परत गहने को उसकी गहरी, सुंदर और प्रीमियम सुनहरी चमक देती है।

Final Finishing & Tunch फ़ाइनल फ़िनिशिंग और टंच
Every piece receives its final finishing, and is checked through tunch for its final look, finish and quality before it is ready for you.
हर गहने को अंतिम फ़िनिशिंग दी जाती है, और टंच के ज़रिए उसके लुक, फ़िनिश और क्वालिटी की बारीकी से जाँच की जाती है — तभी वह आपके लिए तैयार होता है।
