Shipping policy

We ship across India from our shop in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

Dispatch

Orders are checked by hand and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces take longer; we will tell you the timeline when you place the order.

We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery time

  • Meerut and NCR: 2 to 4 business days
  • Rest of India: 4 to 8 business days
  • Remote and hill areas: may take a few days more

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays caused by weather, strikes, or courier backlogs are outside our control, though we will keep you informed if one affects your order.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping threshold in force at the time will be applied automatically.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across India on eligible orders. Availability for your pincode is confirmed at checkout. A COD handling charge may apply and will be shown before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to go live on the courier's website.

On delivery

Please check the parcel before accepting it. If the packaging is torn, opened, or tampered with, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day. Once a tampered parcel is accepted, we cannot raise a claim with the courier.

Record a clear unboxing video where you can. It is the quickest way for us to settle any claim about a missing or damaged piece.

Failed and undelivered orders

Couriers usually make up to three delivery attempts. If a parcel returns to us because nobody was available, the address was wrong, or a COD order was refused, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery charges may apply.

International orders

We do not ship outside India at present. If you are abroad and want a piece sent to an Indian address, message us and we will arrange it.
